Together We Thrive is a 501c3 non-profit serving vulnerable youth across North Texas. We commit to walking alongside our youth to help them achieve their goals, and reach a place of sustainability.

Our Mission
Together We Thrive exists to champion the potential of every youth in North Texas who has been unjustly labeled or overlooked. Through certified Life Coaches, we provide consistent, one-on-one support for middle and high school students in the safe haven of their school—walking alongside them as they navigate trauma, reclaim their identity, and move from surviving to thriving.

Our Vision
We envision a North Texas where every young person — regardless of their circumstances — has access to a consistent, caring adult who believes in their worth and walks with them toward a hopeful, purpose-filled future. As lives are transformed, so are families, schools, and entire communities.
Our Core Values
We are committed to being a positive influence for vulnerable youth and our community, and here is how we do it:
- Relentlessness: We never give up on any youth in need.
- Consistency: We establish consistent relationships with vulnerable youth through full-time, paid employees and are not dependent on volunteers.
- Easy Access: There are minimal barriers for youth to engage with us. We serve youth every week, in schools and youth programs, with paid staff members.
- Commitment: If we fail a student, we fail as an organization.
- Community: We invest in our community and our future by investing in our youth today.
