Every young person deserves someone in their corner. Together We Thrive is a North Texas–based nonprofit dedicated to walking alongside vulnerable youth who are navigating life without consistent adult support. Through weekly, one-on-one life coaching, we help students overcome trauma, build confidence, and discover their purpose moving from survival to true growth. Our trained Life Coaches meet students where they are, providing encouragement, accountability, and life skills that empower them to believe in themselves and their future.

Early Giving for North Texas Giving Day is officially open! We invite you to be part of making our community a better place for youth to live! Together We Thrive serves youth in schools across North Texas, providing 1:1 Life Coaching to help youth gain the support and skills they need to thrive! We have a goal of raising $50,000 this North Texas Giving Day to help provide more youth in our community with a Life Coach. Your generous gift of any amount helps change lives! Together We Thrive and NeoWell - Playing for a Purpose
Meet Philamone, an amazing youth we get to work with at Together We Thrive. When we met Phil, he was in a crisis - experiencing tremendous loss in his family and struggling with anger as he grieved. Through his Life Coach, Shannon, Phil is learning to regulation his emotions, process grief and hurt in a healthy way, and gain the life skills he needs to thrive - all while on campus during school hours! The transformation we have seen in him is simply amazing - we are so proud of him and can't wait to see what lies ahead!
